Accumen vs Kaspr
Accumen and Kaspr both help sales teams reach the right person, but they start in different places. This page is written by Accumen, so we are a competitor and you should read it that way. Everything about Kaspr below is taken from Kaspr's own public website, checked on 6 October 2026. Their product and prices change, so check their site for what is current.
The short version
- Kaspr describes a LinkedIn Chrome extension that shows phone numbers and emails on a prospect's profile, plus bulk enrichment, a dashboard with automation, an API and integrations.
- Accumen is narrower: on-demand research that names the decision-maker at each company you choose, proves the email address and drafts the sequence from what the company has recently done. It keeps no stored contact database.
- If you work from LinkedIn profiles and want phone numbers, Kaspr is built for that. If you write to a defined set of companies by email and want each contact researched and checked now, Accumen is built for that.
Side by side
- Starting point: Kaspr works from a LinkedIn profile you are looking at. Accumen starts from your ideal customer and finds the company and the person.
- Data: Kaspr describes 500m+ verified and compliant phone numbers and email addresses, over 200m+ profiles and data from over 150 sources. Accumen keeps no stored contact lists.
- Compliance: Kaspr describes its data as GDPR aligned and shows GDPR and CCPA badges. Check each vendor's own documents against your requirements.
- Channels: Kaspr offers phone numbers and emails. Accumen is built around email.
- Email proof: Accumen labels each address verified, inferred or not found, and exports only verified addresses as verified.
- Reason to write: Accumen finds a recent event at each company and builds a five-step sequence on it. Kaspr is a data product and does not describe drafting emails.
- Memory: Accumen's Vault remembers who you have already contacted.
Prices, as each publishes them
Kaspr prices in credits. Its pricing page on 6 October 2026 listed a free plan (15 B2B email credits, 5 phone credits and 5 direct email credits a month), Starter from $49 a month and Business from $79 a month, with an Enterprise plan on request. Kaspr lists Starter at 1,200 phone credits a year and Business at 2,400, and its annual-billing figures were ambiguous, so we give none.
Accumen's published plans on 6 October 2026 were Free (25 verified contacts a month), Starter ($50 a month, 150 verified contacts), Solo ($79 a month, 250 verified contacts), Team ($199 a month, 750 verified contacts), Enterprise ($1,499 a month, 3,000 verified contacts).
A Kaspr credit reveals a detail for a person you found on LinkedIn. An Accumen contact is a verified, named decision-maker at a company you chose, with research behind it. They are not like-for-like.
Where Kaspr is the better choice
- You find prospects on LinkedIn and want their phone numbers and emails on the profile.
- You need phone numbers as well as email, especially for European contacts.
- You want bulk enrichment of a list you already hold.
- You want an API for automated lookups.
Where Accumen is the better choice
- Your outreach is by email to a defined set of companies, in the hundreds.
- You want each contact researched and checked when you ask, with a label for how far it was checked.
- You want a recent, real reason to write to each company, and a drafted sequence built on it.
- You are a founder, a small team, an agency or a professional-services firm that wants fewer, better contacts.
Can you use both?
Yes. A team that needs phone numbers for some contacts can use a database for those and Accumen to research and prove the people it chooses to email. Whatever you use, check addresses before you send and watch your bounce rate.
How to decide
- Decide whether you need phone numbers and intent data, or whether email is enough.
- Try both on the same ten companies and compare: was the person right, was the address proven, and was there a reason to write?
- Ask each how it treats an address it could not prove.
- Compare the cost per contact you would actually send to, not the cost per record.
